Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of our items, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Refunds are not permitted unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please notify us via email to bgehlsen2020@outlook.com with photos of the defects or damages within three (3) business days of receiving your order. Replacements are only available in the case where inventory supplies are available to remake the item. No changes can be made to the item for a replacement as the item will be made identical to the original order placed.
