All items purchased are custom made. Please allow 14 business days for your item(s) to ship. Once your order has been shipped, BAG's Creations is not responsible for nor can we update the speed at which it goes through the shipping process to be delivered.

BAG's Creations recommends keeping Route on your order to assist in refund or replacement of your order should it arrive damaged, defective, or ends up missing prior to delivery. BAG's Creations is not responsible for items lost or stolen during the delivery process.
